As a business operating from the small country town of Romsey within the beautiful Macedon Ranges, we believe in giving something back to the people that have supported us since we began in 2009.

We strongly believe in promoting the benefits of a healthy lifestyle by educating both adults and children. We are extremely proud of our involvement with the Romsey community and surrounding district, and believe strongly in working with the people who have supported us.
