Prices for group fitness classes

Recommended for 16yrs & above! (Children under 16yrs are encouraged to participate in our Kids Can Program)

Group Fitness: $15 casual | 10 pack $130 
Student Concession: $12 casual | 10 pack $110
Flab 2 5kms (10 weeks) $100
Friday Seniors Session $5 

Conditions of use - 10 pack expires after 10 weeks!  Just like your muscles, use the sessions or lose them!

Casual payments & packs can be used for any class on the timetable - excluding Personal TrainingBootcamp Challenges or our Kids Can Program!  

Kids corner

We offer a 'Kids Corner' for parents who wish to attend classes Monday to Friday 9.30 to 11.30am & 2 to 3pm. Please note this is not a baby sitting or child minding service, parent are 100% responsible for their children....otherwise we'll send your child home with a puppy & Red Bull energy drink :-)

Group fitness description

  • Boxing & Kickboxing 4 Fitness (BK): (50 minute) Super fun boxing & kickboxing based fitness circuits incorporating strength, cardiovascular fitness & muscle endurance, while using quality equipment.
  • Get Ripped (GR): (50 minutes)70% cardio basedwith some resistance & core, using spin bikes, rowers, stairs & a little running. This high energy class is agreat way to get in a vigorous cardio workout.
  • Body Blitz (BB): (50 minutes) A combination of cardio & resistance training using a barbell & a step.
  • Super Circuit (SC): (50 minutes) What a brilliant way to get into shape. Interval training with full body resistances. Suitable for all levels of fitness, beginners to advanced.
  • Seniors Session (SS): (45 minutes) A gentle exercise class for our communities greatest assets. 
  • Core Conditioning (CC): (40 minutes)The best core exercises may surprise you. It's not enough to just do abdominal crunches & sit ups. To build a strong core you need to exercise a variety of muscles from your hips to your shoulders.
  • Suck It Up (SIU): (50 minutes) This training session is NOT for the faint hearted. A combination of cardio & resistance training using TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, resistance bands, Olympic barbells & weights, bulgarian bags & slosh balls. An absolute thrashing for those who have an excellent fitness base but want to move to the next level.
  • Beginners | Intermediate Circuit (BC): (50 minutes) A great way to get moving, using a combination of cardio & resistance training for beginners to intermediate. Correct & safe technique is a priority in this session.
  • Flab 2 5kms (F25): (50 minutes) 10 week comprehensive running program. Too many people have been turned off running simply by trying to start off too fast. Their bodies rebel & they wind up miserable, wondering why anyone would possibly want to do this to themselves. You should ease into your running program gradually. In fact, our beginners' program is less of a running regimen than a walking & jogging program. The idea is to transform you from couch potato to runner, getting you running 5Kms on a regular basis.  
  • You Can Bootcamp (YCB): (60 minutes) We offer a unique non-military style bootcamp. Why non-military style? We believe making exercise enjoyable means that it's more likely to become sustainable and that means creating new "healthy habits." The program is designed for absolutely any level of fitness, whether you are an elite athlete or haven't exercised in years. 
  • Teen Circuit (TC): (45 minutes) For teenagers age 13 to 16 years.  A fantastic combination class using everything from resistance bands, kettlebells, body weight exercises, boxing and kickboxing, rowers and spin bikes.  
  • Kids Can Fitness (KC): (30 to 45 minutes depending on the child's age) Please see our Kids Fitness page for full details including age specific programs and the kids timetable. Please note that parent circuit classes will be offered for those parents wanting to exercise while the kids do their session!  Cost for parents to do a 45 minute circuit is per group fitness prices.
