Kids Can Fitness Coach - Rebecca Wilson
Rebecca is a nationally accredited group trainer, specifically qualified to instruct childrens fitness classes. She is also the owner / operator of Romsey Occasional Care (located at the Romsey Recreation Centre) which makes her extremely qualified to deal with children. Rebecca is an exceptional children's fitness coach and the kids just love her.
Nutritionist / Personal Trainer & Group Fitness - Ebony Maidment
Ebony is a nationally accredited Nutritionist, exceptional group fitness coach and personal trainer. Some local residents may have seen Ebony working at the Romsey Bakery, but her real passion is not their delicious bread or yummy cakes.....it's health and fitness. Ebony has completed her Bachelor in Health Science (Nutritional Medicine) and a qualified Certificate III and IV in Fitness.
Ebony is extremely passionate about her community and helping people feel healthier, energetic
and happy within themselves. She will always offer 100% support and motivation to assist you to achieve you health and fitness goals.
Director / Personal Trainer - Melanie Traynor
Melanie
is a nationally accredited group trainer and individual personal fitness
instructor, qualified to instruct in beginners to advanced boxing / kickboxing
for fitness and fitness for kids. She has extensive experience in physical training, with a unique background
in amateur boxing, both as a participant and advisor.
Melanie
is actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the business and acts as
the main fitness instructor for individual personal training and group
fitness sessions.
Melanie
is currently studying her Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement at
Victoria University.
Director
/ Personal Trainer - Anthony Traynor
Anthony
is a nationally accredited group trainer and individual personal fitness
instructor specialising in - but not limited to - bootcamp, running coaching and effective movement training. He has extensive experience in physical
training, with a unique background in triathlons and ultra-marathon running, both as a participant and advisor.
Anthony
is also undertaking his Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement through
Victoria University.
